The 2020 Carnival Has Changed
Monday, April 27, 2020
Hello Everyone,
Given the current pandemic and following state and local guidelines, the Mountville Fire department has decided to cancel the Mountville Days Carnival scheduled for May 13-16, BUT we are going to try and put a NEW spin on Mountville Days so we can still provide some food, fun, and help to raise much-needed funds.
This year, enjoy your favorite carnival treats and food from local food trucks via a drive-through food truck event!
The location will remain the same at the Froelich Park (350 West Main Street, Mountville). We are still working out the final details and the menu but we know we can host this event for the community and still follow safe social distancing practices. This will be a drive-thru only event.
Mark your calendars, and plan to grab your favorite carnival food while supporting our fire department.
Mountville Days “Food Truck Style”
Friday, May 15th (4pm – 8pm)
Saturday, May 16th (11am – 8pm)
Sunday, May 17th (11am – 4pm)
In addition, the fire company is selling 50/50 raffle tickets. You can reach out to any fire company member for tickets or stop by the firehouse at 26 N. Lemon Street to buy tickets. We will be following safe social distancing guidelines during pickup times. The current jackpot stands at $2,100.00 (4/26/20) and we have purchased another 3,000 tickets for a maximum potential jackpot of $4,000.00 when all tickets are sold.
50/50 Ticket Sales
Monday, April 27th (11am-12pm) and (3pm-4pm)
Wednesday, April 29th (11am-12pm) and (3pm-4pm)
