Backhoe Bid Solicitation
Mountville Borough seeks solicitations for a bid for a backhoe for use by the Public Works Department. The used backhoe has specifications that must be met which can be obtained from the link below or by contacting Borough Manager Derrick Millhouse, at 717-285-5547 during business hours. The sealed bids must clearly indicate BACKHOE BID and be provided to Mountville Borough, 21 E. Main Street, PO Box 447, Mountville, PA 17554 by 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026 at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened.
